  • We have stayed at many different places around St Agnes over the years, but we absolutely loved our week at this gem of a place.

    The location is excellent, just off the main high street, making it really convenient for enjoying everything St Agnes has to offer. There is dedicated parking for two cars and a lovely large garden, which was a real bonus.

    Inside, the house is spacious, clean and beautifully comfortable, with super-comfy beds, wooden floors throughout, a separate kitchen and a lovely open-plan dining area. There was plenty of room for us to relax and everything felt very homely.

    A particularly lovely personal touch was being contacted directly by Nick. He was incredibly helpful and happy to recommend places to eat, which made our stay feel even more special.

    We have stayed in St Agnes many times, and this is definitely one of our favourite places. We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious and well-located stay.

  • This apartment is spacious, bright and airy with plenty of room not at all what you expect from alot of traditional holiday lets in beautiful cornwall. The beds were very comfortable and tbe towels nice thick and fluffy. each bedroom had a hair dryer and plenty of plug sockets around. we loved that the patio doors led straight out into the back garden where the patio furniture and washing line gets sun all day. You could easily access the parking space right next to the apartment from either the patio door or the main entrance to getting shopping or load the car. The apartment is central to the village with just a couple of minute walk to either end of the village depending where you would like to go.
    The personal touch was amazing from Nick, from the quick reply to emails too the phone call the day before to go through a few house keeping bits and access to the property all of which was followed up in a email.
    I highly recommend apartment one to anyone wanting to visit cornwall.

  • Lovely property in the heart of one of Cornwall's lesser known but beautiful villages. Centrally situated and ideal for exploring this part of the coast. Very comfortable and well equipped we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our week away. Would definitely come again.

  • We have just enjoyed a wonderful week here. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is the best equipped I’ve ever come across. Great location for exploring and the village is just lovely. Communication with owners prior to visit was a pre welcome visit, very friendly and pleasant. Will definitely be returning. We would recommend to anyone considering to book, just book!

  • Enjoyed our stay in Apartment One Trearren. It is well located for exploring the village and surrounding area. Trevaunance is a lovely beach and close by. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Beds are very comfortable (high mattresses!). St Agnes is a lovely vibrant village with a great café, The Sorting Office and fresh bread at the bakery. Recommend dining in the restaurant at The Driftwood Spars at Trevaunance. We had a great time, thank you.

  • The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The two main bedrooms both have ensuites and there is also a separate bathroom so plenty of facilities which is really useful. It is centrally located in St. Agnes providing easy walking access to the the village shops/pubs/restaurants and benefits from 2 car parking spaces (very rare in the village!) immediately adjacent to the entrance allowing easy loading/unloading. Friends & family who were staying in other properties in St. Agnes the same week were also impressed with the accommodation & location. Would certainly stay again.

  • We had a fabulous week in apartment one, trearran. Large living room and outdoor dining. Fully stocked kitchen (great coffee machine.) Three bathrooms, two en-suite. Super comfortable mattresses on all beds with decent linen. Parking. Walk to the beach and local shops. Ticked all our boxes and more. We will undoubtedly return

  • Perfect location for touring the area. Area was quiet and private but very close to shops and local pubs ( literally around the corner). Lovely home, inside space allows all your party to have their privacy. Having outside space was a great bonus too. Shower pressure amazingly good and beds really comfortable.... Would definitely stay here again.

  • Great apartment in the heart of St Agnes within walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge dining area. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom which was so nice. I’d definitely recommend for a nice relaxing holiday.

  • A delightful light, bright apartment with everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfy, the living/dining was really spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch, and much appreciated. We didn't summon up the courage to use the coffee maker, which looked wonderful, but it was just too hot for coffee! as even the weather played ball. A big thank you to Nick and Kate, who were extremely helpful via phone calls and emails and sounded like lovely people. We will certainly visit again.

  • This is a truly exquisite apartment. The coffee machine was a nice luxury touch for me, bean to coffee every morning. The kitchen was equipped with good quality appliances one would need. The location is fantastic, walking distance to shops and pubs, take away. The beach is walking distance and easy to go down to, but the climb up the hill was a bit tricky for my parent-in-law, they persevered and got there in the end, but the kids had no trouble skipping ahead up the hill. We have done some fantastic walks straight from the accommodation but also explored Cornwall by car as it’s a convenient location within the hours drive to most attractions in Cornwall like the Eden Project. We loved our stay, and had a lovely time, the apartment is spacious and the 3 bathrooms was a bonus and made life easier. The ground floor situation and easy access to all rooms were great for my mother-in-law as she felt safe not to navigate stairs/ steps. This is a very nice place to stay and despite the capricious weather, we had a great holiday.
